Pigment announces strategic collaboration with Deloitte to drive greater adoption of AI-driven Business Planning Solutions

Collaboration aims to help enterprises leverage the power of Pigment’s AI-infused platform to more accurately plan for and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Business planning platform Pigment today announced a strategic collaboration with Deloitte UK to deliver innovative, AI-powered business planning solutions. By collaborating with Deloitte, Pigment will bring the AI capabilities built natively into organisations looking to more quickly and accurately adapt to changing market dynamics.

Eléonore Crespo, co-CEO and co-founder of Pigment, said:

"In today’s landscape, two key challenges stand out for businesses: change is now a constant factor that needs to be addressed, and organisations need to leverage AI effectively. Those that can adapt quickly are significantly better positioned to stay competitive and manage risks, while those that fail to adopt AI risk falling behind their competitors particularly in terms of their ability to execute quickly, and make informed, effective decisions.”

Paul Albert, partner and business finance lead at Deloitte, commented:

"Finance teams face extraordinary challenges when it comes to planning in today’s climate, but we’ve seen real improvements in agility where teams are employing AI in their planning processes. That’s why we’re excited to add Pigment to our ecosystem of leading technology players in this space. By combining Pigment’s modern planning platform and AI capabilities with our industry expertise, we're helping businesses to address some of the biggest issues they face when planning, and keep pace with change.”

Crespo added:

"Over the last two years, many companies have tried themselves to apply GenAI and AI capabilities to business planning and decision making. What they have found is that it is incredibly difficult to find success when AI is not embedded directly into a software platform. By integrating AI into the core of Pigment, we’re able to improve the efficiency, accuracy and speed with which they make business decisions.”

Unlike traditional planning software with bolted-on AI capabilities, Pigment’s autonomous functionalities are built natively within its core. As a platform built for agility and scale, it offers organisations the tools needed to create flexible, intelligent plans that drive performance, capitalise on opportunities, and mitigate risks. At the same time, Deloitte’s extensive experience in business transformation and technology means the collaboration has a deep understanding of the industry-specific challenges businesses face.

The initial focus of the collaboration will centre around industries undergoing significant transformation including, but not limited to, consumer industries, technology, media and telco, and financial services.
