Talkdesk partnered with Pigment to transform how their CX organization - spanning Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success - operates and makes decisions. The goal was to implement planning and forecasting capabilities within each area, consolidating everything into a single “Customer360” view, giving CX leadership a comprehensive snapshot of customer opportunities, project statuses, renewals, critical support tickets, and capability requests.

This innovative use of Pigment within the CX organization is particularly innovative as it uniquely places Pigment’s capabilities within the CX organization = a rare and impactful application - and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with Pigment.
