What are the Pigment Awards?
In today's rapidly evolving world, the ability to innovate, adapt, and drive meaningful change has never been more critical.
Spanning five categories, we're looking forward to celebrating the teams and individuals who have achieved great results, as well as sharing new ideas with our community to inspire them to solve problems in new and creative ways.
Please submit nominations by December 31st, 2024.
Winners will also be eligible to choose a prize from options that include a celebratory dinner or a charity donation.

Pigment
Eléonore Crespo is co-founder and co-CEO of Pigment. Speaking with business leaders every day, she has a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the role effective planning plays in addressing them. Prior to Pigment she was an investor at Index Ventures, and also worked as a financial anaust at Google where she advised the EMEA President and CFO on strategy and planning.
Ajay Vashee
General Partner, IVP and former CFO
Dropbox
Ajay Vashee is a General Partner at IVP and the former CFO at Dropbox. He helped Dropbox scale to billions in ARR and guided the company through its IPO and first several years as a public company. Through this experience, he has first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities that organizations face in strategic planning.
Dave Kellogg
Executive In Residence, Balderton Capital
Former CEO of Host Analytics (now Planful)
Dave Kellogg brings more than a decade’s experience at each of the CEO, CMO, and independent director levels across some of the world’s leading SaaS and enterprise software firms. As the former CEO of cloud financial planning company Host Analytics (now Planful) he has a deep understanding of the planning ecosystem and the role planning tools can play in driving growth.

Why should I apply?
Submitting a nomination allows you to showcase your own or your organization’s achievements on a broader platform. By participating, you can gain industry recognition, celebrate innovation and success within your team, and highlight the positive impact you or your team have had on your organization. It also reinforces your organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation, while inspiring others to follow your lead.
Will submissions be confidential?
All information included in submissions will be treated as confidential and will only be viewed by Pigment staff and the judging panel. However, customers should not, under any circumstances, include market-sensitive information. By submitting, customers are permitting Pigment to use their name and/or logo as needed in materials related to the Awards, for example to announce them as a finalist or winner. Who is eligible to apply?
To be eligible, your organization must be a Pigment customer. We welcome nominations from Pigment customers, partners, and employees for individuals, teams, or projects that were completed within the last 12 months and showcase excellence in their respective category.Please make sure the organization or nominee is aware of the nomination prior to submission.
Can I nominate more than one project or individual?
Yes, you are welcome to submit multiple nominations as long as each entry meets the specific criteria for its respective category.
What does a strong submission look like?
The best entries will tell a compelling story that provides enough context for the judges to fully understand the journey with Pigment. Make sure to highlight the impact of the project - the more you can demonstrate the difference you've made, the stronger your entry will be.
How will you select finalists and winners?
Finalists and Winners will be chosen by a hand-selected panel that includes Pigment leadership and industry experts.
When is the deadline for nominations?
The deadline for submissions is 31st December. Please submit your nomination before this date to be considered for the awards.
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced in February 2025.
How will finalists and winners be announced?
Finalists and winners will be announced on Pigment’s website and social media platforms.
