Exciting news - we’ve just shipped a new feature we think you’re going to love. With Org Chart, you can plan your workforce whichever way matches the needs and structure of your company.
What is Org Chart?
What’s the marketing team going to look like six months from now? What are the implications of hiring in geo X compared to geo Y? What’s the impact of my recruiting plan on global revenue?
These are all questions that org chart makes it far easier to answer. It helps you visualize what changes in an organization might look like while understanding the financial impact.
It’s a feature some of our customers were using within point solutions previously to understand the size of teams and how team members are distributed throughout the organization, to ensure people allocation is done efficiently.
But integrated within Pigment, the feature becomes even more valuable. It allows organizations to compare different workforce plans (with the help of scenarios) and connect results to other models - like sales capacity or revenue planning - to see the impact of your decisions.
*Note*
Although workforce planning is the main use case we see org charts being useful for, it can be used for any use case you need to display and compare hierarchical structures through time/scenarios.
