This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the basic rules applicable to all use of the Solution. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You and Your Authorized Users’ will not:
(a) access, store, distribute or transmit any material using the Solution that:
(b) except as may be allowed by any applicable laws which are incapable of exclusion by agreement and except to the extent expressly permitted under this Agreement:
(c) access or use the Solution, or data from the Solution, in order to build, create, train or improve a model, product or service which competes with the Services;
(d) unless explicitly authorized under the Agreement, license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise make the Solution available to any third party except the Authorized Users;
(e) attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining, access to the Solution, other than as provided under this Agreement;
(f) violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others, including but not limited to infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
(g) engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity;
(h) use the Solution for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose (including, without limitation: phishing, creating a pyramid scheme, mirroring a website, deploying subliminal techniques, exploiting vulnerabilities of individuals or implementing social scoring of individuals), or in a way that may pose a significant risk of harm to the health, safety or fundamental rights of individuals);
(i) interfere with the use of the Solution, or the equipment or IT used to provide the Solution, by customers, Authorized resellers, or other Authorized users;
(j) disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Solution;
(k) generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements or other solicitations;
(l) use the Solution for any purpose other than the agreed Use Cases; or
violate any applicable laws.
