Pigment recognized in the French Tech Next40 Class of 2024

Pigment recognized in the French Tech Next40 Class of 2024
  • Pigment, the business planning platform, has been named in the French Tech Next40 class of 2024 for the second year in a row.
  • Launched in 2019 by the French Tech Mission, the Next40 recognizes and supports France’s top performing companies poised to become global leaders.

Pigment's selection is based on its strong performance in meeting the requirements for inclusion: substantial revenue growth and/or fundraising success. In 2023, Pigment tripled its annual recurring revenue, secured a $145 million Series D investment led by ICONIQ Growth, integrated generative AI capabilities and partnered with major companies and institutions in France and globally including Keolis, Ville de Marseille, Unilever, Merck Pharmaceuticals and more.

As part of the program, the 2024 class of winners also made commitments to climate change and sustainability and improving workplace parity.

  • Climate change and sustainability: Pigment submitted a carbon footprint assessment, demonstrating the company’s dedication to reducing environmental impact. The company further supports other businesses in understanding and measuring their carbon footprint via its carbon accounting program.

  • Workplace parity: Pigment committed to sharing its professional equality index score, which at 85 out of 100, surpasses the minimum requirement for companies in the program (75). This score results from various practices such as maintaining no gender pay gap between men and women and embracing inclusive hiring strategies. Pigment is committed to supporting initiatives that promote equality both internally and in the wider ecosystem.

By promoting these commitments, the French Tech Next40/120 program fosters a dynamic ecosystem that champions both innovation and corporate responsibility.

"Being recognized as part of the French Tech Next40 for the second consecutive year is a great honor, and testament to our growth and innovation over the last year. Together with the other companies on the list we’re demonstrating that France can produce leading, world-class, innovative businesses that also uphold the values of sustainability and workplace parity. We’re proud to be part of the French Tech ecosystem and look forward to continued growth in the years to come.”
