Like a lot of companies, Bitrise has a long sales cycle, which means it takes time for new hires to ramp up - but when you lose people, you lose capacity straight away. That makes anticipating growth, attrition, and more incredibly important.

Adapting fast to change

Bitrise is a growing business, and it’s operating in an uncertain macroeconomic environment. That means that company structures need to change, sometimes very fast.

Bitrise pulls Salesforce data straight into Pigment, giving them an up-to-date view of opportunities every day so they can review, at a rep level, how the company is performing.

"Inside the Sales Ops team, one of the things that Pigment has done for us is that it’s cut down on a lot of the time that we spend on regular reporting every quarter. We can have graphs, we can have tables set up with things that we need to track - particularly around how people are performing when they are ramping, how each team is performing against their goals."
